How Coaching WorksYou don't need another productivity system. You need support that works with your brain. Many neurodivergent adults spend years trying to solve the wrong problem. They download another app. Buy another planner. Create another routine. Make another promise to "finally get organized."And then wonder why it doesn't stick. The problem usually isn't a lack of effort, motivation, or caring. Often, it's that the strategies we've been given were designed for a different kind of brain.Neurodivergent coaching is about figuring out what is getting in the way, understanding why it is happening, and creating strategies that actually fit your life.
My approachMy coaching is grounded in the belief that your brain is not a problem to fix.Together, we look at the barriers getting in the way and create practical supports that make life more manageable. This may include exploring:Executive functioning, such as:Task initiationTime management and prioritizationEmotional regulation & its effects on:Overwhelm and burnoutCommunication needsEnergy managementPracticing gentle routines and systemsThe goal is not to “increase productivity,” but to ask, “Does this task add to my energy, or take away from it?"
What happens between sessions?Coaching doesn't stop when the video call ends.Between sessions, you'll have space to check in, ask questions, and troubleshoot challenges as they come up.I can help you:Break down next steps when things feel overwhelmingAdjust plans when life inevitably changesStay accountable to goals you choseSet up or adapt project management tools that already work for youThe goal is not perfection. The goal is support.
Who my coaching is forCoaching with me may be a good fit if you:Have ideas and goals but struggle to turn them into actionFeel overwhelmed by daily responsibilitiesKnow what you "should" do but can't figure out how to make it happenWant accountability that feels supportive instead of judgmentalAre tired of productivity advice that doesn't account for your brainCoaching is not about becoming a different person. It's about understanding yourself better and building tools that make life easier to navigate.
What coaching is not.Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or emergency crisis support.I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, coaching focuses on introspection, practical strategies, self-understanding, accountability, and creating systems that support your goals. If you are looking for a compassionate & collaborative partner to help you untangle challenges and move forward, coaching may be a good fit.
Ready to explore coaching? The first step is a free discovery call. This is a chance to talk about what you're looking for, ask questions, and decide whether working together feels like the right fit.You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out. The initial inquiry is often where the coaching work begins. Thanks for being here! Can't wait to meet you!
Every brain is different. So is every coaching session. We might untangle a work project, create a grounding ritual you can actually stand to practice, compile notes for an upcoming doctor’s appointment, or break down an overwhelming social interaction into something digestible for reflection. The goal is not to “increase productivity,” but to ask, “Does this task add to my energy, or take away from it?"Physically, we will join a video call and talk for an hour. I will ask you how you are doing and deeply listen to your answers. I will follow your lead if you come in blazing with something to discuss, but I will always help reorient you towards the ultimate goals you've set.Together, we will co-create a plan and motivation to conquer the adventures that await you.
